Funding Available for CARD Clients
CARD is accepting applications for funding to attend the 2014 Statewide CARD Conference in Orlando, FL. CARD clients, their family or caregivers, as well as community professionals are eligible for funding in the form of a reimbursement to cover costs of attending. Click on the Funding Requests link to complete an application for funds and learn more about opportunities to attend the 2014 CARD Conference. Applications should be received by November 18, 2013.
